Amed

$130 per person

Amed is located in the North East of Bali, very close to another popular diving spot, Tulamben. Just like there, we will reach Amed from Sanur in less than 2 hours, and the distance to cover is up to 85 kilometers. The road is very picturesque, we will pass many beautifully situated rice fields and we will be able to admire the Agung volcano, which is only a dozen or so kilometers from the place where we will be diving. The volcano has made the beaches in Amed black and covered with stones polished by the waves. These are all remnants of past eruptions. Before or after diving, it is necessary to drive to the viewpoint from which the volcano can be clearly seen.

In Amed you dive from the shore. The water is usually 29 degrees, and there are no currents. Amed is also a great place for snorkeling, because the insanely colorful reef is just a few meters from the beach at a shallow depth.

Under water we will meet thousands of colorful fish, turtles, lionfish and, above all, fabulous coral gardens. We have several diving sites to choose from, which are located very close to each other, including a small Japanese freighter that was sunk during World War II.

On the way back, you can visit Pura Lempuyang Temple and Tirta Gangga Floating Palace. The surcharge for the tour is USD 45.
